I have been going nuts with projects around the house this spring! I repainted our garage, redid our floors and landscaping the backyard. I think it makes our house look like new again and it just puts me in a good mood!
A big task for me is to give a fresh coat of paint to the inside and out, but as I found out, it’s hard to scrap off old paint. Our garage is made of wood and it had a lot of old paint to get off. The first half of the job, I spent sanding and scraping off the paint. Then, I was asked to try Motsenbocker’s Lift Off Paint Remover.
I found that it helped to make the scraping not so hard to do. It also does a great job on removing paint splatters. I had spilled alot of paint on the ground while painting and it got it off thought that it was stuck, but this product does a good a job without any smell that other removers have.
As you can see, it really took it off easily, which is great because the hubby would of killed me for turning the drive into a paint ball looking floor. In fact, he didn’t even know we had made any paint mess at all. All he noticed was the beautiful newly painted garage.
I don’t have any graffiti to get rid of, so I included this video to show you how their other amazing product, Spray Paint Graffiti Remover, works as well:
I’m excited to use the paint remover on our window frames to get rid of peeling paint to make them look fresh and new again. It’s nice to have it available for any paint removing tasks, or any accidents that didn’t get cleaned up right away.
If this got you wanting your own bottle, you can find them at your local store, or you can get a bottle here: Motsenbocker’s Lift Off 413-01 Latex Based Paint Remover
If you ever tried this, or get one, please come back and comment on how well it worked!
