I’ve been wanting to try out a “grown-up coloring book” when I first heard about this type of coloring books for adults. Everyone seems to want to get on the grown-up coloring book trend, because when I talk about it, they say things like, “Oh, I heard about that,” or “I want to get one!”.
Recently, adults across the country have started coloring in coloring books as a way to relax and unwind. Coloring lets stressed-out adults feel like a kid again in a way and the health benefits go way beyond relaxation, like exercising fine motor skills and training the brain to focus.

I didn’t finish in time for photos, and I suggest investing in colored pencils. I used crayons and you just can’t get to the fine detailed areas with them.

Did you love coloring when you were a kid?
