Using Apple Cider Vinegar In Your Daily Life

Did you know that apple cider vinegar has been used for remedies since the ancient times? I simply love using it for natural alternatives to chemical products.

When I hear that pollen counts are up, I start adding apple cider vinegar to my water to stop that allergy attack BEFORE it happens. Yep. We have less colds that way too.

Did you know that  according to the Medscape Journal of Medicine,  vinegar  may have a role in blood sugar control and appetite suppression. Other studies  show vinegar may also promote weight loss by preventing fat accumulation through  its impact on insulin secretion.

Here are some uses for apple cider vinegar:

1. Shiny Hair

Apple cider vinegar can be used as a rinse for your hair after shampooing for a healthy shine. Add 1/2 tablespoon to one cup of water. Use 2-3 times a week.

2. Regulate the pH of Your Skin
Mix tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with one cup of water and spread with a cotton ball on your face nightly.

3. Brighter Teeth

Soak a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and rub over teeth. Make sure you rinse off after.
4. Detox Your Body

Apple cider vinegar will also cleanse your body (and kidneys). It even eliminates chronic fatigue.
