I recently read ”Secrets to a Pain Free Life” by Dr. Ghorbani. This book offers useful advice for people who suffer from chronic pain and want a natural relief. This book has been promoted on Wall Street Journal, CNN, & CBS.
Doctor Reza Ghorbani is trained, board certified Interventional Pain Management Specialist, is currently the President and Medical Director of Advanced Pain Medicine Institute in the Greater Washington, DC area. A frequent lecturer on Pain Management and often quoted by the media, Ghorbani is a diplomat of the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians (ABIPP), and the American Board of Anesthesiology (with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine). He is also a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP), which certifies practitioners.
Whew! That’s a mouthful!
Basically, he is a recognized leader in the advanced treatment of acute and chronic pain.
Don’t think that you won’t be able to understand anything that the doctor is saying because his writing is very easy to read and understand. No complicated terms, or hard to find ingredients. This is really organized and has tons of helpful information.
I’m totally into anything natural in healing, so I believe in the route of natural remedy to relieve the pain that a person might suffer from. I suffer from arthritis, so I plan on using this to help with my pain because I hate having to take meds to relieve it.
This book even provides recipes to add to your diet so you can get even more pain relief while you eat.
Which is very cool!
Overall, this book is awesome. I really can’t find any negative to say about this book. I’m even passing this book to my mom, who suffers daily from pain.
