New Year. New Everything! How about a giveaway?
GIVEAWAY CLOSED
WINNER:
Yay!!!!
I’m so excited to announce that I’ve switched over to WordPress! I’m still working out kinks with images, but I’ll get it. I also need to figure out how to get my Google friends over too. If anything, I’ll just have to start over and build new again. : (
I’m changing a lot of things this year as well. We are remodelling and decorating the house-hopefully, this year will be the year we move. The latest (and hardest) project has been the bathroom. The far wall caved in on us from water damage, so we replaced it with a tub surround. This caused another hole on another wall due to an error in measuring.
Anyway, that’s a whole other post. I’ve got the organizing bug as well, so I’ve been working on organizing my kitchen. I’ve been getting some ideas from my new favorite blog, House of Smiths.
I got this idea for labeling
These are called chalkboard labels.
You can make them yourself with Chalkboard Contact Paper, or you can buy them already made at Hobby Lobby like I did.
What’s this talk about a giveaway, you ask? Well, since I’m so excited about the new changes I’m making this 2013, I’m going to give you a chance to win a package of those chalkboard labels so you can get your kitchen, bathroom or whatever organized too!
How to win:
Leave a comment telling me what you would do with these.

Hi Tess! I think I’d use these chalkboard labels on my filing cabinets at work. That way, when I need to change the contents, it wont’ be so difficult to change the labels of each drawer!

That is so clever – and pretty!

I don’t have a chance of winning here since I live on the other side of the world… LOL, but I’d use them to label my spices. I have a lot.

I would use these to stick on my storage boxes, I am a crafter and have tons of boxes with ribbon, supplies, felt sheets, silk flowers, etc and my collection grows and changes so having labels that I could change would be so easy to keep me more organized! :]

I would use the labels in my kitchen. I put most of my staples in large glass jars…rice, pasta, sugars, beans etc. I usually tape a label on to them..erasing the label would be so much nicer and look better too!
